How to apply the Visor warning label badgeskin
Step 1
Before Applying any vinyl be sure that the surface is cleaned and free of any oils from interior detailing products etc. clean with soap and water with microfiber clothe, make sure it is free of any soap, once again, clean, clean clean...dry with microfiber clothe. One more time, the visor needs to be squeaky clean....
than use isopropyl alcohol wipes.
** note ** it is best to apply badgeskins in temperatures above 15'C (60'F) if needed use a hair dryer and evenly warm the surface area. Carefull not to focus heat on one area too long.

Vinyl decals comes in three layers
1. the clear mask
2. the vinyl
3. backing.

Flip the visor down as this will be the best for application.

Step 2
Decide how you would the like orientation of the badgeskin,  whether you would like it right side up when the visor is flipped down or up side down so that when it is placed back in its resting position it is right side up in the POV of the driver.  Keep in mind that the visor skins have been made a little larger than the labels to accommodate for variances from manufacturing tolerances and possible shrinkage from the vinyl.

Remove the backing
(If the badgeskin does not come off with the masking rub over the badgeskin with you finger on a flat surface to adhere the vinyl to the masking more and try again)
Step 3
Align the top edge and corners of the badgeskin with about 1mm overlap of each edge of the warning label, apply the top edge (3 mm) of  the badgeskin to surface by running your finger over the the badgeskin.

if  you are happy with the alignment continue with the application if not remove and adjust.

To finish the application of the badgskin use a plastic squeegee if you have but a bank card would suffice.   Continue with the application by "squeegeeing" the remaining badgeskin onto the visor from top to bottom working your way slowly downwards from one side to the other.

Step 4
Remove masking (do your best to remove at a 180 degree angle)

Keep a eye out to see if the badgeskin is lifting from the visor surface.  If so reapply and squeegee the skin again.

if the issue continues than remove the masking with a squeegee (or something with a straight edge that's longer than a bank card)  by apply pressure on the skin with the straight edge and peeling the masking off by having it trail the straight edge back  as shown in the photo.

Here is how it looks once applied.
You may need to run your fingers over it a few times, compressing the skin down into the visor surface.
(If needed you may use a hair dryer to warm up the skin before compressing)
Now flip the visor up so that the badgeskin is facing up until the adhesive fully cures for the next 24hrs.
you may want to run your fingers over the skin again after the 24hr time.

*** there has been some cases where the whites of the label still show on both edges. This is due to small variances in the label size from production. If this is the case for you please contact us***
